TML with its background in general contracting and as the enforcer of the team approach reverses the inherently adversarial nature of traditional construction contracting, reducing the causes of disputes and subsequent litigation.

TML,in joint venture with Bovis Europe, undertook the construction management contract for the ALI SAMI YEN STADIUM of the top Turkish football club Galatasaray sporting club. This project is believed to be the first CM project in TURKEY.  

After substantial completion of  the design and planning stages the project was temporarily suspended by the club to allow for the study of financial models.
