HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

TML has set the goals of protecting its employees, and preventing possible injuries and diseases of other persons who may be affected by the work and personnel related with the work in which the company is involved, and damage on third persons and environment pollution.
If any danger is suspected in the process of risk evaluation, the work should not be commenced until necessary precautions are taken.
It is compulsory to make risk evaluation before all works.
Any disease, injury and pollution can be prevented.
Activities aimed at preventing environmental pollution are taken into account in all works.
It is essential that all our principles are adopted by all our employees.
Primary responsibilities should be announced to all personnel in order to improve the HSE performance and the participation of the personnel.
Trainings related to informing and the improvement of personnel quality should be done at all ranks. These trainings are maintained by lessons taken from events, insecure working activities, condition evaluation inspections, site controls and system inspections.
Every accident should be investigated and analyzed to find weak points in the HSE system in order to determine the reasons of the accident and prevent its repetition.
TML should evaluate health, safety and environment subjects while participating in new activities and improving. The main point in the improvement of this plan is to put HSE policy into practice in order to form legal rules, employer demands and an enjoyable environment for a work without time loss.
