The project consists of the refurbishment works involves the renovation of the Hotel Al Massira which is located in Tobruk, Libya. The project is owned by the Social Security Fund and TML is the main contractor for the project.
The Hotel Complex includes 88 twin-rooms, 28 double-rooms, 8 suites, 2 presidential suites, 16 studio type rooms, 2 studio type presidential suites, and 17 villas and will sever for 289 beds. In addition to the public and general service areas, the hotel also includes an auditorium with a seating capacity of 153 people, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a lobby lounge for 134 people, a coffee house for 103 people, a restaurant with a capacity of 167 people, a conference hall for approximately 150 people, and shops. |
