TML was established in 1992 by four engineers who had started working together twenty years earlier as the management team of a major international construction project. In the following years parallel to the growth of the construction company they had been associated to, they became its partners. Under their management, projects worth a total of over three billion US Dollars in three continents - Africa, Asia and Europe - and in five countries - Libya, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Tunisia and Turkey - were completed.

As the construction company they were associated to divested itself from some of its fields of operation and established fully owned subsidiaries in energy, technological installations, tourism, real estate development, maritime management sectors and participated in equity of other group companies in the fields of ship building, trade and defence electronics this team was delegated to manage the group thus formed.

When it was decided to manage this group by professionals rather by the partners, they founded TML, to continue practicing their skills in management of major construction projects, and putting it in to the service of their international clientele.

TML is presently active in Turkey, Libya, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Bosnia and Herzegovina offering its services in General Contracting and Construction Management and Trade to a wide range of clients assisting them accomplish their projects involving construction of Buildings, Marine & Infrastructural Works, Bridges, Roads, Tunnels, Special Structures, Industrial Plants, Process and Power Plants.
