The project included the construction of a 22,500 sq.m, eighteen storey Apart Hotel and Office Building on turnkey basis, including execution of the basic and detail design and interior furnishing. It consisted of forty apart hotel units, 11,000 sq.m offices, an a-la cart and a self service restaurant, bar, patisserie, swimming pool, fitness center and sauna.
