The project includes maintenance and improvement works of 4 buildings for Baida Omar Mokhtar University which are located inside the university campus in the city of Al-Baida and construction of an additional building.
Scope of Work
The necessary works to be done for the additional building are:
Execution of structural works,
Installation of electrical systems,
Installation of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, sanitation and sewage systems),
Execution of all interior finishing works of the building (doors, windows, plaster, paint, marble, staircovers, floor tiles),
Execution of all exterior finishing works of the two buildings (paint, stone, roof tiles),
Landscaping.
The necessary works to be done for the existing buildings are:
Surveying the already existing structure and finding and repairing any damaged structures,
Demolition and removal of existing old finishing elements,
Dismantling of existing windows and doors,
Testing of existing electrical system and installation of new electrical systems,
Testing of existing mechanical system and installation of all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, sanitation and sewage systems),
Execution of all interior finishing works of the four buildings (doors, windows, plaster, paint, marble, staircovers, floor tiles),
Execution of all exterior finishing works of the two buildings ( paint, stone, roof tiles),
Landscaping.
