The project included completing the construction of three blocks of Al Fateh Hospital which are located in the city of Al Marj. The project was owned by the Organization for Development of Administrative Center (ODAC) and TML was the main contractor for the project.
The buildings have different areas like, laboratories, morque units, central sterilization unit, disinfection area, operating rooms, delivery care patient units, general intensive care unit, patients care units etc.
Scope of Work
Execution of all interior finishing works of the buildings (doors, windows, plaster, paint, marble, staircovers, floor tiles),
Execution of all exterior finishing works of the buildings,
Installation of all electrical systems (including nurse call system),
Installation of all mechanical systems (medical gas, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation and sewage systems),
