The turnkey construction of an industrial vehicles assembly and manufacture plant for Fiat Engineering.
The project consisted of the construction of:
Five structural steel buildings, 50,000 sq.m in total area with using 3,100 tonnes steel. Twelve auxiliary buildings with a total area of 9,000 sq.m for offices, canteens and watch towers.
Drainage and sewage network including 15,000 m piping, 81,000 sq.m asphalt paving, 5,000 sq.m concrete paving and 16,000 sq.m landscaping.
Installation of sanitary systems, HVAC, power and illumination, communication system, fire alarm and fighting services, water and fuel tanks.
Installation of 73 cub.m/hr a demineralization plant, 1 cub.m/hr conditioning plant, a 20 cub.m/hr industrial waste water treatment plant and a 14 cub.m/hr biological waste treatment plant.
Installation of two boilers with a capacity of 6,000,000 Kcal/hr, booster pumps and filling tanks for fuel oil tank, three compressors with a capacity of 2.230 Ncu.m/hr each, cooling station with three evaporating towers and pumps with a capacity of 434,000 Kcal each and piping network.
Supply and installation of switchgears, power transformers, grounding and lighting system, emergency system, supervisory control panels, cabling, wiring, communication system and exterior and interior lighting.
