TML's Story: From Generation to Generation with 3 Perspectives – First Episode
We're delighted to share the first episode of our interview series with our Chairman, Mr. Hüseyin Ersin Takla.
In this episode, Mr. Takla takes us through his journey in Libya, which began in 1973 — following years from TML's first project, the renovation of Garyan Hospital in 1992, to milestone works like the Misurata Piled Discharge Berths. He shares his experience in Libya, the country that opened the door for Turkish contracting abroad, along with his perspective on today's landscape and what lies ahead.
He also reflects on his role at the Libya-Turkey Business Council, founded in 2004, and on how economic relations between the two countries have evolved over the years.
"Business and strong relationships don't grow in the office, at the table. To bring business to the table, you need to step outside those four walls and get into the field."
A story of 52 years of legacy, a journey, and values passed down from one generation to the next.
