Key features of Work Scope:

The project consists of the construction of a luxury housing and office complex which is located in Baku.

The building consists of 1 basement floor, ground floor and 10 storey with a total area of 40.000 sqm.

TML is responsible for the structural, façade and roof finishing works and the installment of electrical and mechanical systems, except for the interior architectural finishing works.

The necessary works to be done for the completion of the project are:

  · Construction of reinforced concrete and steel roof structural system

  · Execution of roof finishing works of the building

  · Installation  of all electrical systems

  · Installation of  all mechanical systems

  · Execution of all facade finishing works
