Key features of Work Scope:
Demolishing and re-concreting of the reinforced concrete berth structures no: 8, 15-33 and renewal of 1620 pcs of rubber fenders.

Tripoli Harbor was constructed over 30 years ago in order to serve commercial vessels. Although miscellaneous maintenance works have been carried out through these years, the concrete berths were severely deteriorated. TML has undertaken the maintenance works of berths no: 15-33 with length of 2,109 m.

The scope of works covered mainly the following activities;

· Breaking the horizontal and vertical surfaces of the berths till a certain depth with high-tech waterjet equipment,

· Replacement of all reinforcements,

· Re-concreting the vertical and horizontal surfaces,

· Replacement of 1620 pcs of rubber fenders with all hot dip galvanized accessories,

· Replacement of manhole covers,

· Replacement of ladders on berths,

· Painting and maintenance of bollards on berths.
