Key features of Work Scope:
       · Construction of Tank Foundations, Electrical and Mechanical Works;
       · Supply of project management, project control systems and IT systems required to manage the work including planning, progress control/reporting, financial control/reporting, material management, certification, document control and  Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) activity;
       · Establishing the required level of training programmes, facilities, equipment, instructors etc. to ensure that the necessary levels and trade mix of skilled personnel are available to perform the work;
       · Provision of all personnel including necessary office accommodation, plant, consumables and temporary equipment for a safe and timely execution of works;
       · Civil scope associated with the construction of the Tank Farm and Processing Area;
       · QC requirements including, dimensional control, material traceability and compilation of final handover documentation;
       · All required supervision, labour, plant, lighting (including shift work requirements), consumables, inspection, QA, other utilities, services and all other resources required for the complete performance of the works.
