Key features of Work Scope:

The scope of work consisted of:
     · Assembly, hook-up, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and start-up assistance of the Phase 1 A facilities;
     · Fabrication and installation of the permanent works including equipment, piping, electrical and instrumentation cables, cable rack, cable tray and supports etc.;
     · Supply of project management, project control systems and IT systems required to manage the work including planning, progress control / reporting, financial control / reporting, material management , fabrication, assembly, certification, document control and  Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) activity;
     · Establishing the required level of training programmes, facilities, equipment, instructors etc. to ensure that the necessary levels and trade mix of skilled personnel are available to perform the work;
     · Provision of all personnel including necessary office accommodation, plant, consumables and temporary equipment for a safe and timely execution of works;
     · Design and supply of temporary aids / facilities to facilitate fabrication completion;
     · Installation of COMPANY Provided Items And CONTRACTOR Provided items;
     · Procurement and installation of materials and equipment not designated as COMPANY Provided Items including expediting and inspection activities;
     · Preparation and progressive compilation of fabrication and construction documentation, certification dossiers, as-built details and documentation;
     · QC requirements including, dimensional control, material traceability, NDE, welding, welder certification and compilation of final handover documentation;
     · Any detailed engineering necessary for fabrication shop drawings, erection, lifting procedures, temporary installation aids and attachments;
     · All required supervision, labour, plant, lighting (including shift work requirements) rigging, consumables, inspection, QA, other utilities, services and all other resources required for the complete performance of the works.
