Key features of Work Scope:
Construction of 512 m long Bulk Berth and 196 m long Loading Berth along main breakwater of LISCO Port.

Repair of the existing bulk berth (Bulk Berth no 1) was also included in the work scope. The works that are going to be performed for the construction of the berths were as follows:

· Driving of structural 48' OD steel piles with 17.000 m total length and construction of concrete deck surface with precast members and cast-in situ concrete,

· Partly dismantling and re-instatement of existing slope protection plus supply and installation of additional layers where necessary,

· Supplying and installation of marine fittings consisting of bollards, storm bollards, safety rails and guard rails,

· Supplying and installation of rubber fenders for existing Bulk Berth No 1, Bulk Berth No 2 and Loading Berth,

· Applying cathodic protection to all exposed ferrous members including steel piles,

· Supplying and installation of Laser Vessel Docking System,

· Supplying and installation of crane rails for existing Bulk Berth No 1 and Bulk Berth No 2,

· Execution of all necessary landworks ,electrical and mechanical works stated in the contract regarding the approved projects.
